HERE’S HOW TO ENTER:

Beginning 9:00 AM (ET) on 12/17/07, visit www.Luvs.com and follow the on-screen instructions to register to become a Luvs.com member. Existing Luvs.com members will need to log in and update their account profile. After you log on, follow the on-screen instructions to submit your entry into the sweepstakes. Entries must be received by the deadline indicated in the chart below to be eligible for that drawing and all subsequent drawings. Entries must be received by 8:59:59 AM (ET) on 12/17/08 to be eligible for the final drawing. Limit one entry per email address throughout the duration of the program. If more than one entry is received per person throughout the duration of the program, only the first such entry received will be eligible.

ELIGIBILITY: This promotion is open only to residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees of Procter & Gamble, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and internet agencies and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. RANDOM DRAWINGS: Three winners per drawing will be selected in a random drawing on or about each drawing date indicated in the chart in Rule #1, from among all eligible entries received by the corresponding entry deadline indicated in the chart in Rule #1. Random drawings will be conducted by D.L. Blair, Inc., an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this offer. Odds of winning in each drawing will depend upon the number of eligible entries received by the deadline for that drawing.

PRIZES: Thirty-six prizes (3 per 12 drawings), with a total approximate retail value of $1,296 will be awarded as follows: Each winner will receive a one-month supply of Luvs® diapers awarded as jumbo pack free-product coupons (Approximate Retail Value: $36 per prize). Prizes consist of only the item specifically listed as part of the prize. Limit one prize per person or household.

GENERAL RULES: Winners will be notified by mail. No substitution or transfer of prize by winner permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. All applicable taxes are the sole responsibility of winner. In no event will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded. By accepting prize, winners (or parent/legal guardian if winner is a minor) agree to hold Sponsor, its respective directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use of prize. Winners (or parent/legal guardian if winner is a minor) assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its agencies to use winners’ names and/or likenesses for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, including a winners’ list, unless prohibited by law. Entrants (or parent/legal guardian if entrant is a minor) agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor, its respective directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless from and against any and all liability and damages. By participating in this promotion, entrants (or parent/legal guardian if entrant is a minor) agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the judges’ decisions which are final. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any sweepstakes materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control. All material submitted becomes the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned.
